Paradoxical it is, this painting business.  Whatever I regard as unimportant, trivial or irritating, in a few brush strokes becomes a miracle, untouchable beauty, beyond any human comprehension ........ crazy!
"Classical self 3"

"Flowers in a summer day 4"

"Inspired artist 6"

My art is so simple, I sometimes think of it as kitsch!  It is not abstract, nor it is realistic. Forms and shapes try to define themselves, but still, they lie on the edge between mass and liquid.
"Artist in plain-air 5"

"Look in the mirror 4"

"Intimate conversations 4"

My paintings leave the indisputable impression of mobility. They move, shock, blink, splash, breath. They have a heartbeat. They are alive.
"Dynamic 5".

"Artist at work 7"

"Shy with blue sky 3"

Knowing that an artist feels no difference between the painting and the 3D "reality", this is when a painting has a great chance to become a part of life, to live, to come alive.
"Hula girl 3"

"The back view 4"

"On a private porch 4"

Painting is sort of mindless conversation with the creator himself. Or rather a game we humans can play by His rules, the unexpected the unknown, the strange at first, the unprepared element of existence.
"Three beauties 4"

"New summer suit 3"

"Sleeping 5"

Galaxies are born at the most unusual places in the universe, strange viruses evolve on this planet, yellow dots and red lines run through the canvas at the least expected places, wind shakes the leaves at unexpected moments.
"Proud woman in a skirt 5"

"Self love and red sky 4"

"New red bra 6"

My father was incorruptible, a hard-liner communist.  Very powerful and cold-blooded in the execution of his (or the party's) ideas.  In fact he was brilliant.  Unfortunately he missed the most important point in life, something he could have learned from his own father, Ivan Ivanovich Bogoslowsky.  He was the greatest grandfather a child could have.  A heart the size of the earth, full of wisdom for life, and a compassionate intellect.  I wish to be as good of a parent as my grand father was.
"Sleeping 4"

"Seeing stars in a day time 4"
