When there is shipping cost, the insurance is included for each individual piece. This cost
also includes crating the originals or giclées on canvas, to ensure safe transport of each item. The prints
or giclées on paper will be transported in a tube mailer or flat between foam
boards and insured as well.
Please check the outside packaging for any damage when the item is received.
Insurance claims will be facilitated by having the shipper/transport company
sign off on a damage notice before the item is accepted/opened. In the
unlikely event that any damage occurs, we will do our best to expedite any
insurance claims and will replace the damaged item with a duplicate item upon
return receipt of the damaged item.
