Secondary Market

In order to place a secondary market artwork on Palm Beach Art an interested
seller shall provide details regarding their art-for-sale to Palm Beach Art.
Upon receipt of this information, Palm Beach Art will forward a contract to be
signed between the parties. The terms of the contract shall include, unless
otherwise negotiated, a 10% (ten
percent) commission to Palm Beach Art on the sales prices of any work sold. Such
fee shall be supported by the Seller according to the terms and conditions of
the contract between Palm Beach Art and the seller.
Once the contract is signed , Palm Beach Art will published on its website
photographs and details of the work(s) to be sold.
After publication, the seller shall be responsible for providing provenance and
history of the art-for-sale to any interested buyers. In order to facilitate the
sale, Pam Beach Art encourage the seller to obtain as much information as they
can such as auction records, awards, collectors and galleries references etc.... The buyer shall be
responsible for verifying the information provided by the seller.
